Services
The Social Track provides growth consulting, performance marketing strategy, retention and CRM advisory, conversion optimisation, analytics and attribution, and go-to-market strategy services for D2C and e-commerce brands. Specific deliverables and timelines are agreed upon in individual engagement contracts.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website including text, graphics, logos, and design is the property of The Social Track and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.
Confidentiality
Any information shared with us during a consultation or engagement is treated as confidential. We will not disclose your business information to third parties without your consent, except where required by law.
Limitation of Liability
The Social Track provides services on a best-efforts basis. We do not guarantee specific revenue outcomes or growth results. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Payment Terms
Payment terms are outlined in individual service agreements. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. Late payments may result in suspension of services.
The Profit Leak Playbook
The Playbook is a digital PDF with worksheets. The individual edition licenses one reader; the five-seat team edition licenses up to five people in the same organisation. You may use the worksheets for your own business and share them within the seats you purchased. Public distribution, resale and sharing outside that licence are not included.
Prices shown at checkout include GST. Payments are processed by Razorpay. Once payment is confirmed, your order provides access to the files and we send access links to your checkout email. The Diagnostic includes the Playbook and a review of your account; the confirmation provides the next step to arrange that review. An audiobook marked “Coming soon” is not available to purchase.
Seven-day Playbook guarantee
Run worksheet one. If it finds no new number in your business, reply to your purchase receipt within seven days of payment to request a full refund. You can keep the file. This guarantee applies to Playbook purchases, including the Diagnostic bundle and the five-seat team edition, and takes precedence over the general service payment terms above.
If you cannot find the receipt, email support@thesocialtrack.com with your order number and payment email. Refunds are returned to the original payment method; the time to appear depends on your payment provider.
Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement with 30 days written notice unless otherwise specified in the service agreement. Upon termination, all outstanding payments become immediately due.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India.
